Imagine you learned several ways to improve your physical and mental health naturally, all at the same time….

Self Care

Most of us are caught up in the hustle of everyday life.  Whether it is work, family, or just life in general, we are always on the go, or glued to technology.  It is hard for people to be present.  It is during this disconnect with our self that we stop listening to our body.

What if there were some ways to reduce stress, sleep better and take some time to just be.

I have spent many years learning different modalities, techniques and sources of stress relief.  Each of the following will have at least one video to watch during the month, several will have multiple videos.

  • Breath work
  • Meditation and grounding
  • Massage
  • Positive affirmations
  • Sound therapy
  • Color therapy
  • Crystal therapy
  • Essential Oils

Each “session” will be recorded, so if you are unable to attend or be online during the time, that is ok!  Some will be short and others a bit longer.  You will have access to them for the month, possibly longer.  We will check in online and be available for questions.  A group Facebook page will be our source of sharing experiences and questions.  If you are not on Facebook and want to participate, we can also use email!

It takes 30 days to take a daily task and turn it into a habit, or just second nature.

Join us for the month of January, each week we will discuss a technique, and build upon them as we go.  There will be “homework”, and it will take some effort. You are worth it!  Improving on your wellbeing should be a priority, not something you put on the back burner.  It took me many years to realize this, which is why I am wanting to share it with you.
