Most of us are caught up in the hustle of everyday life. Whether it is work, family, or just life in general, we are always on the go, or glued to technology. It is hard for people to be present. It is during this disconnect with our self that we stop listening to our body.
What if there were some ways to reduce stress, sleep better and take some time to just be.
I have spent many years learning different modalities, techniques and sources of stress relief. Each of the following will have at least one video to watch during the month, several will have multiple videos.

Each “session” will be recorded, so if you are unable to attend or be online during the time, that is ok! Some will be short and others a bit longer.
